Compatibility: EADS TH1N radios & BLN-10 batteries
Activity Function: If a battery’s voltage is too low (hibernation), the charger applies a short-term current for up to 3 minutes to reactivate it. If successful, normal charging resumes instantly. The indicator flashes during this process.
